3 Bedroom Oasis with Fantastic Outdoor Pool & Kitchen + Private Trail to Beach!
Lapa VIllas is a gorgeous private property with 2 independent homes: Lapa Villa #1 (upper home) and Lapa Villa #2 (lower home). Located in an area with lots of rainforest and wildlife this has become a very desirable area of Manuel Antonio, and home to some of the area's best hotels and restaurants. A cemented, 5-minute trail leads to a semi-private, rocky beach. A 15 minute walk will take you to Biesanz beach and a 20 minute walk will take you to the main beach, Playa Espadilla.
The home itself is centered perfectly between flowering gardens, the covered pool area, and the open-air kitchen & outdoor lounge. In Lapa Villa #2--the heart of the property--there are 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs: The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a huge open shower, and the guest room has a bunkbed (single on top, queen on bottom), and a large ensuite bathroom. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area are where you'll spend all of your time. The open-air kitchen is the heart of the property with wooden bars and bar stools on two sides, a large dining room table and perfect pool for both kids and adults. This area also communicated directly with the heated pool.
On the lower level of Lapa Villa #2 is an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom, which is accessed via an outdoor stair. Next to this room is a sauna! (In case the tropical heat doesn't get to you!)
For groups of 7 or more guests we will make two of the bedrooms in Lapa Villa #1 available. Regardless of your group size, however, the remainder of the property will not be rented separately--ie its 100% private for you.
The property is heavily rainforested and attracts all sorts of wildlife. Common sights are monkeys, sloths, iguanas, butterflies and tons of tropical birds, including toucans, scarlet macaws and more. Take the trail down to the beach and enjoy the calm serenity of the waves, or hang out with coffee in the beach loungers. While not ideal for swimming, the beach is one of the most beautiful places in Manuel Antonio.
This property is ideal for digital nomads, people who enjoy hiking to beaches, and also anyone who nature and wildlife!
