Lapa Villas consists of 2 homes: The upper home has a 2-bedroom ocean-view apartment with an upper jacuzzi deck and 2 separate bedrooms below. The lower home is a jungle jewel with a heated pool, sauna, 2 bedrooms & a separate bedroom below as well.
Lapa VIllas is a beautiful rental property compound located on Quepos Point--and walkable to 3 beaches. There are 2 homes on the property--the 'upper' (Lapa Villa #1) and 'lower' (Lapa Villa #2) homes.
Lapa Villa #1 home has 4 levels (from top to bottom):
Level 4: Upper terrace and jacuzzi
Level 3: 2 bedroom ocean-view apartment (Master bedroom = 1 king, guest bedroom = 1 king)
Level 2: 4 parking garages & street level
Level 1: 2 separate bedrooms & gym (Bedroom 1 = 1 queen, Bedroom 2 = 1 queen + 1 twin)
Lapa Villa #2 has 2 levels:
Level 2: 2-bedroom home, pool & outdoor kitchen (Master = 1 king, Guest bedroom = bunkbed with single on top and queen below.)
Level 1: 1 separate bedroom (2 twin beds) & sauna
All told there are 7 bedrooms, and the property can sleep up to 18 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor kitchen areas are the perfect place to gather and enjoy the ambience, or have a chef prepare a delicious dinner while you relax after a day's activities. A paved trail leads down to a semi-private, rocky beach--which is not a great beach for swimming, but also beautiful and tranquil. Within 10 minutes you can walk to Playa Biesanz, a local cove beach which is good for kids because of small waves. In 20 minutes you can also hike to the more pristine end of the main beach (Playa Espadilla). A couple of the area's best restaurants are within a couple minutes' walk also.
Lapa Villas is a great base for the whole family to explore Manuel Antonio, and a perfect place for nature lovers!
