Lapa Villas is an oceanfront property with 2 homes in a beautiful rainforest setting, sleeping up to 14 people. It has everything you want in your Costa Rican vacation rental--a heated pool, jacuzzi, a gym, sauna and beach trail. Lots of Wildlife!
Lapa VIllas is a beautiful oceanfront vacation rental property located in central Manuel Antonio, on Quepos Point. It brings together everything a group could hope for in their Costa Rican vacation rental--direct beach access, great amenities, wildlife and fun. There are 2 homes on the property--the 'upper' (Lapa Villa #1) and 'lower' (Lapa Villa #2) homes. For small groups (ie 1-4 people) only Lapa Villa #2 is included. With larger groups, guests may also use the spaces in Lapa Villa #1. The base pricing for the property is calculated for 4 people--however there is a per-person nightly fee for additional guests.
Lapa Villa #1 has 4 levels (from top to bottom):
Level 4: Upper terrace and ocean-view jacuzzi
Level 3: 2 bedroom ocean-view apartment (Master bedroom = 1 king, guest bedroom = 1 king)
Level 2: Entry, 4 parking garages & street level
Level 1: 2 separate suites with ensuite bathrooms and king beds, gym
Lapa Villa #2 has 2 levels:
Level 2: 2-bedroom / 2 bathroom home, heated/covered pool & outdoor kitchen (Master = 1 king, Guest bedroom = 2 twins which can be combined into a king) There is also a small indoor living space with AC and a sofa bed.
Level 1: Sauna
All told there are 6 bedrooms, and the property can sleep up to 14 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor kitchen areas in Lapa Villa #2 are the perfect place to gather and enjoy the ambience. Our fantastic concierge can help set up chef service and as they prepare a delicious dinner you can relax in the pool, have drinks around the central dining area, play a game, etc. She can also help set up activities and spa service.
A partially-pavered trail leads down to a semi-private, rocky beach--which is not a great beach for swimming, but also beautiful and tranquil. Within 10 minutes you can walk to Playa Biesanz, a local cove beach which is good for kids because of small waves. In 20 minutes you can also hike to the less busy end of the main beach (Playa Espadilla). A couple of the area's best restaurants are within a couple minutes' walk also.
There are few places in Manuel Antonio where you get all of these elements combined: A comfortable, private property, outdoor covered pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, beach trail, and ocean views! Furthermore the area is rife with local wildlife--monkeys, toucans, macaws, sloths, iguanas, agoutis, and other animals are common sights. We've even seen a whale from the picnic table!
Lapa Villas is a great base for the whole family to explore Manuel Antonio, and a perfect place for nature lovers!
